Our apartments are in Denver’s Globeville neighborhood, near the junction of I-25 and I-70. We are a 5-minute drive to other great neighborhoods such as RiNo and the Highlands. Our Denver student housing near Coors Field offers a diverse cultural experience as well as plenty of spaces to enjoy nature. There are lots of trails for biking and hiking, as well as beautiful historic parks that have lots of open spaces for outdoor activities. The South Platte River Trail starts right at our back door, and you’ll have close access to all that the city has to offer. Our student housing close to Metro State and CU Denver campuses is only about a 10-minute commute.
